1. Acceptance and who we are
These terms govern the use of this website and summarize the EdgeWarden license terms. The website and the software belong to Manager Pro, a brand of MYROUTER SOLUÇÕES E TREINAMENTOS, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 22.761.749/0001-94, located at Ponte Alta Norte, Gama, Brasília - DF, 72426-035, Brazil.
By using the website, you agree to the rules in sections 2 and 3. By activating a license, the customer agrees to the license terms described from section 4 onward. If there is a signed contract or commercial proposal, its terms prevail over this summary wherever they differ.
2. Use of the website
The website presents EdgeWarden and serves as a contact channel. We try to keep the content accurate and up to date, but features, prices and schedules may change without notice. What applies to a purchase is the commercial proposal and the license issued.
Items marked as roadmap or "coming soon" are plans, not delivery commitments.
You may not use the website to:
- try to access areas or systems without authorization, including the license server;
- overload it, test attacks against it or interfere with its operation;
- send unlawful or offensive content, or content that is not yours, through the form.
3. Intellectual property
The EdgeWarden brand, logo, texts, images, animations and software belong to Manager Pro or are used under license. You may quote the pages and share links to them. Copying the content for other purposes requires written permission.
Vendor and protocol names mentioned on the website belong to their owners and appear only to indicate compatibility.
4. The EdgeWarden license
EdgeWarden is licensed, not sold. The license is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, granted per server: it is bound to the hardware identifier of the machine where it was activated.
The software runs on the customer's server (self-hosted). The binary is the same for every plan, and the license defines which features are unlocked and what the quotas are. Changing plans only takes a new license, with no reinstallation.
| Plan | Price | Routers (exporters) | Users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | R$ 999/year (annual only) | 1 | 3 |
| Professional | R$ 250/month or R$ 1.500/year (promotional) | Up to 2 | 10 |
| Enterprise | R$ 500/month or R$ 2.500/year (promotional) | Up to 10 | Unlimited |
In short, Starter covers collection, monitoring and detection. Professional adds mitigation via BGP FlowSpec and RTBH. Enterprise adds BGP traffic engineering, the eBPF/XDP filter, diversion to scrubbing, Syslog/SIEM export and the AI features. Managed Objects, including each end customer's portal, and the REST API v1 are available on all plans. The full list and the analyzed-traffic limits are on the pricing page.
Flows from routers above the plan's quota are discarded at ingestion.
5. Demo license
The demo license unlocks every Enterprise feature for 7 days, on one server, for evaluation. It should not be used as permanent production protection. When it expires, the features are locked until a paid license is activated. Data generated during the evaluation stays on the customer's server.
6. Activation, verification and grace period
Activation happens once, online, on Manager Pro's license server (license.managerpro.dev.br). After that, the license is verified on the customer's own server through an Ed25519 digital signature, and the software confirms the license every 24 hours.
If the server loses contact with the license server, EdgeWarden keeps working for a 30-day grace period. Replacing the server hardware may require a new activation; contact support.
What the license server receives is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Updates and support
EdgeWarden updates are included while the license is valid. Every plan includes assisted installation.
Support is provided in Portuguese by e-mail at suporte@managerpro.dev.br and on WhatsApp at +55 (61) 98203-6581, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Brasília time). The support level of each plan is shown on the pricing page.
8. What is not allowed
- copying, selling, renting, sublicensing or distributing the software, the installer or the license key;
- reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the software, except where the law allows it;
- bypassing, disabling or forging the license check, the quotas or the hardware identifier;
- using the software to attack, monitor or harm third-party networks without authorization.
The customer may use EdgeWarden to provide protection services to its own customers, as with Managed Objects, as long as the software keeps running on the customer's infrastructure.
9. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Prices are in Brazilian reais (R$). Starter is billed yearly; Professional and Enterprise are billed monthly or yearly. Key, expiry date, quotas and payments are in the Customer Portal.
Without renewal, licensed features are locked at the end of the paid period and the grace period. Renewal, plan changes, cancellation and refunds follow the commercial proposal and applicable law.
10. Customer responsibilities
EdgeWarden is a tool operated by the customer. The customer is responsible for:
- providing and maintaining the server (Debian 13, as in the installation guide), its security and its backups;
- configuring flow export on the routers and the BGP sessions;
- the BGP announcements made on its network, including FlowSpec rules, RTBH, diversion to scrubbing and route changes, and its agreements with transit providers, IXs and mitigation providers;
- configuring and reviewing thresholds, exception lists, mitigation policies and the AI operating mode before enabling automatic actions;
- handling the data of its network and subscribers in line with data protection law;
- choosing and contracting the external services it configures, such as the AI provider, webhooks and Syslog.
11. Limitation of liability
No tool can guarantee that every attack is blocked. Detection depends on the quality and delay of the data sent by the routers, and mitigation depends on the customer's network and partners.
To the extent permitted by law, Manager Pro is not liable for:
- indirect damages, lost profits or loss of revenue;
- outages caused by announcements, rules or policies configured by the customer;
- failures of third-party equipment, carriers, providers or services;
- problems caused by a server that does not meet the requirements, changes to the software or use contrary to these terms.
Where liability exists, it is limited to the amount the customer paid for the license in the 12 months before the event. This clause does not exclude rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Privacy
How the website and licensing handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force. Changes to the license terms apply to new purchases and renewals; significant changes will be announced to customers by e-mail.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Brasília - DF, Brazil, are chosen to settle any matter relating to them, except where the law guarantees a different venue.
Questions: contato@myrouter.com.br. The Portuguese version of these terms prevails in case of any difference between languages.
