partner program

Bring DDoS protection to the ISPs you already serve

Become an EdgeWarden partner and offer DDoS detection and mitigation with BGP FlowSpec and RTBH to your customers. The team that builds the product has your back, with technical training, a lab license and second-tier support.

Who it's for:

  • BGP consultants
  • Integrators
  • Outsourced NOCs
  • Network equipment resellers
  • Transit providers
  • Data centers
How protection reaches the ISPs Manager Pro builds EdgeWarden and backs three kinds of partner: integrator, reseller, and transit provider or data center. Each partner brings protection to the ISPs it serves. Manager Pro Partners ISPs

Three ways to bring EdgeWarden to your customers

Pick the one that fits your business. Not sure? Choose "Not sure yet" on the form and we'll work it out together on the call.

Integrator or consultant

BGP consultants, integrators and outsourced NOCs.

what you do

Install EdgeWarden at the ISPs you serve, set up flow export and the BGP FlowSpec and RTBH sessions on their edge routers, and handle first-line support.

what you get

  • A DDoS protection product to add to your BGP and edge services
  • A lab license and technical training on the platform
  • Second-tier support from the people who build the product

Reseller

Network equipment resellers and distributors.

what you do

Sell Starter Professional and Enterprise licenses alongside your portfolio of routers, servers and services.

what you get

  • Reseller terms, presented on a call with the sales team
  • Deal registration: whoever brings in the ISP stays on the account
  • Sales material in Portuguese, English and Spanish

Transit provider or data center

IP transit, colocation and hosting providers who want to sell protection too.

what you do

benefits

What partners get

Commercial terms aren't published on the site: they're presented on a call with the sales team, based on the partnership type.

  • Partner commercial terms

Built for those who integrate, resell or deliver the service, and presented on a call with the sales team.

  • Lab and demo license

Build your test environment, train your team and show EdgeWarden running to your customers.

  • Technical training on the platform

Installation, flow export, IP zones, thresholds, FlowSpec and RTBH, Managed Objects and the customer portal.

  • Direct second-tier support

You handle first-line support. When a case calls for it, you talk directly to the team that builds the product.

  • Deal registration

Tell us which ISP you're working with. Whoever brings in the customer stays with the customer.

  • Material in three languages

Presentation material in Portuguese, English and Spanish to use with your customers.

  • Partner directory Coming soon

A page on this site where ISPs can find partners by country and region. It isn't live yet.

requirements

What we expect from partners

Protection runs at the ISP's edge, so partners need to speak the language of the people who run that edge.

  • Working knowledge of BGP and the ISP edgeBGP sessions, FlowSpec and RTBH, and NetFlow, IPFIX or sFlow export on routers.
  • At least one installation alongside our teamYour first deployment at an ISP is done together with our team.
  • First-line support for your customersYou support the ISPs you refer or serve, and escalate to our team at second tier when needed.
how it works

From application to first customer

  1. Send the form

It takes a few minutes. The message goes out ready to the sales team on WhatsApp or by email.

  2. Call with the sales team

Together you define the partnership type, the commercial terms and how the end customer signs up.

  3. Training and lab license

Your team learns the platform and gets a license to build a lab and run demos.

  4. First customer, side by side

The first installation at an ISP is done with our team. After that, you carry on with second-tier support behind you.

questions

Before you apply

Didn't find your question? Ask it in the form message or reach the team on WhatsApp.

Do I need to be an authorized reseller for a router vendor?

No. EdgeWarden works with the standards edge routers already speak: NetFlow, IPFIX or sFlow for flows, and BGP FlowSpec and RTBH for mitigation. What matters is knowing BGP and the edge of the ISPs you serve.

Is the program open outside Brazil?

Yes. The website and sales material are available in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and partners from other Latin American countries are welcome. The product interface, training, support and assisted installation are currently in Portuguese only.

How much does it cost to become a partner?

Signing up is free: sending the application costs nothing and creates no obligation. The partnership's commercial terms are presented on a call with the sales team.

Does the end customer sign with me or with Manager Pro?

It depends on the partnership type and is defined on the call with the sales team. A transit provider reselling protection as a service, for example, has a different relationship with the customer than a license reseller.

Your customers need protection at the edge. You already know how to get there.

Send your application and the sales team will walk you through the program terms.
